Free Delivery Conditions

Your order is elligble for free delivery under the following conditions:

Your order is over £15 and you live in the UK

Your order is over $40, you live in the US, and your order is under 100 grams in weight.

Your order is over $60, you live in the US, and your order is under 250 grams in weight.

Your order is over $80, you live in the US, and your order is under 500 grams in weight.

Which shipping provider do you use?

I primarily use Royal Mail to ship my delivieries, which is a UK based shipping provider that ships internationally.

Do orders come with tracking?

No, orders do not automatically come with tracking. You will need to pay extra in order to receive a tracking code, or orders over $80 will receive free delivery and tracking.

It's been longer than the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

Shipping is estimated using working days, which is Monday-Friday. Weekends do not count towards these working days. Sometimes there may be delays, so please allow up to 25 working days for International Standard delivery to arrive.
